Fred's interests include character modeling and animation with emphasis on computer facial animation. He has taught courses in computer hardware and software systems, computer animation and computer graphics. Fred was a professor and Director of the NYIT Computer Graphics Laboratory and more recently was at IBM in Austin. He joined the Texas A&M faculty in 1997.
