A project to model the deformations and movement of the hoof wall and coffin bone under load-bearing conditions
Work was done for Dr. David Hood at the Texas A&M Veterinary school and the Hoof Project
The animations will be used as a teaching aid for veterinary students

Shaded Models:
This uses renderman shaders to modulate the opacity
according to the surface thickness,
and set
the color to be brighter on surface edges and darker
on flat forward-facing areas.
An ambient occlusion shader adds realism to the hoof sitting on the table.
