The conference sessions will consist of presentations of either 20 or 30 minutes including 5 minutes for questions, so talks should be planned for 15 or 25 minutes. The venue will have facilities for you to connect your laptop. If you have any other requirements for your talk, please contact the Program Chair.

There will also be exhibit space outside the main venue for posters. If you will have a poster during TexGraph, please make sure you bring it to the venue on Thursday (May 17) morning before the conference starts.
